Payment terms, including deposits, balance due dates, and cancellation terms, will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Prices may change due to exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier adjustments outside of our control.

Payment processing may be handled through authorised third-party systems operated by InteleTravel and its travel partners.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the supplier, destination, and type of booking. Applicable terms will be provided to you before payment is made.

It is your responsibility to review and understand all cancellation and change policies before confirming your booking.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including names exactly as shown on passports.

You are also responsible for ensuring you meet all passport, visa, health, vaccination, and entry requirements for your chosen destination, including any changes made before departure.

Travel Concierge UK is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from incorrect documentation or failure to meet travel requirements.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Travel Concierge UK acts as an intermediary and booking agent for third-party travel suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Airline schedule changes or cancellations

• Weather disruptions

• Government restrictions

• Supplier insolvency

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or transport interruptions

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property
